Leadership Programs
Engaging, Developing and Inspiring Community Leaders
The Ocala/Marion County Chamber & Economic Partnership's (CEP) Leadership programs are designed to nurture and engage the leadership skills of potential and current leaders by providing an atmosphere that stimulates and fosters diverse viewpoints, resulting in innovative answers to the critical questions facing our community. By taking an intensive look into the issues affecting Ocala and Marion County, our leadership programs prepare and motivate participants to provide quality, dynamic leadership within our community. The CEP's Leadership programs enhance participants awareness of our community and its needs by examining how leadership in the historical, geographical, educational, economic, governmental and cultural segments work together to perpetuate and advance the Ocala/Marion County community and its citizens. The programs are intended to nurture and engage the leadership skills of potential and current leaders by providing an atmosphere that stimulates and fosters diverse viewpoints, resulting in innovative answers to the critical questions facing our community. The programs strive to create awareness and to connect leaders with issues; they are not a traditionally academic leadership training program. Further, the programs are not political and do not recommend and advocate policy positions on public matters. For more information on one of the CEP’s Leadership Programs,
