Marion County Utilities Holds Ribbon Cutting to Celebrate Grand Opening of New Water Treatment Facility

On Friday, September 11, 2009, Marion County Utilities held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the grand opening and dedication of their newest water treatment facility.
